New Build, timber framed construction, 3 Bed Family House.
The Building owner required a low energy consumption property, so we carried out a series of U value calculations to optimise cost versus energy savings, the property was heavily insulated using a combination of fibre and sheep's wool insulation.
The House was built using conventional materials and achieved an EPC Energy rating of 84. There is provison for Electric Vehicle charging and Solar PV panels installation.
Services designed included, gas fired boiler, ground floor underfloor heating, heat recovery ventilation system, LED Lighting, low E double glazing, low flow plumbing fixtures to minimise water wastage.

New Build 8 Bedroom House, with Swimming Pool, the Project also included design of Mechanical / Electrical services & Lighting.
Liaise with the Client appointed Sub-Contractors regarding the intergration of the Swiming Pool & the Audio Visual services into the House.
